A welcome sign has one job: tell someone at the door what this place is and whether it is open to them. That is a shorter sentence than most shops put on it. “WELCOME” works. So does the shop name, the trade, or the one thing you want a passer-by to know before they decide to come in.
Green on black is the look most people picture when they hear LED sign, which makes it read as a sign rather than as decoration. Blue on black is quieter and suits a reception desk, a clinic, or an office door where a glowing green ticker would feel wrong. Both are here because the room decides, not the palette.
Put the screen at eye level and stand where your visitor will stand. If you cannot finish reading the loop before it repeats, the text is too long or the speed is too high. Fix the words first; speed is the blunter instrument.
Classic Green LED
Classic green on black is the default shop welcome. Apply it, replace WELCOME with the store name, then Fullscreen Play on a spare phone in the window. Keep the loop slow enough to read from the sidewalk.

Professional Blue
Office doors and reception desks need calm contrast. Concert glow does not help here. Put the meeting state in the Text and leave the rest of the Preview quiet so people walking past can read it in one glance.
